What should I use on my face when performing Gua Sha?
When I think of facial gua sha, the first thing that comes to mind is the opportunity for one to slow down and connect with their skin. Because gua sha facial massage isn’t something that you can rush through, it forces us to focus on breathing and relaxing, which can decrease stress.
I personally have acne prone skin so I don’t use oils very often to massage as it causes pimples for myself. Also being an acne specialist I usually recommend using a product you already know your skin is okay with. Such as applying more serum and/or moisturizer you already know and love.
The product recommend for everyone. I love glymedplus and their CBD Booster. I add it to any product I want to use for massage and it creates the perfect consistency. You don't have to worry about this product, clogging pores, or causing any irritation or breakouts as CBD helps fight inflammation in the skin and reduces redness, but also helps with aging skin if you are a sensitive skin tight or very reactive or acne prone. This is a great massage medium for you.

This can be applied to rejuvenate skin by itself after toner or mixed with a moisturizer. Because Shilajit is so high in antioxidants(higher than blueberries), it does an amazing job neutralizing toxins and free radicals that can cause much harm to our bodies. Free radicals in particular can really damage skin proteins and that can lead to premature aging of the skin and body in general.
